This policy explains how SAVYEN Energy handles information submitted through savyenenergy.com. Effective 5 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, business email, country or region, product interest and project requirements. We also record the page from which the enquiry was sent. We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment-card details or government identification through this website.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond, prepare quotations, recommend compatible products, support export projects and maintain business correspondence. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is disabled until a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” When enabled, it helps us understand aggregate traffic, popular pages and contact-button usage. Enquiry form contents are never sent to Analytics, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in access-controlled website infrastructure operated through our hosting provider. If you choose WhatsApp or email, those services process the message under their own privacy terms. Website analytics, when permitted, is processed by Google.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for quotations, project follow-up, legal obligations and business records, normally no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing commercial relationship requires longer retention. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access.
International processing
Because we support international export projects, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We limit processing to the purposes described in this policy and apply appropriate safeguards where required.
Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics without affecting the website or quotation form. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting us.
