Reference configurations

From 5 kW home backup to 125 kW commercial storage.

Use these examples to understand the selection logic. They are planning references—not final designs, quotations or installation instructions.

IMPORTANT

Final sizing must use the actual load profile, destination electrical standard, climate, installation conditions and selected product datasheets. A qualified local professional should confirm installation design and compliance.

System planning classes

Compare power level, battery logic and critical checks.

01 / HOME BACKUP REFERENCE5 kW

Essential home loads and short-to-medium backup

A common starting class for lighting, internet, televisions, refrigeration and selected small appliances. High-power heating, cooking, pumps and air conditioning must be checked separately.

Inverter class
Approximately 5 kW, normally single phase
Battery reference
5.12-15.36 kWh nominal, subject to required backup energy
PV array
Sized from daytime load, recharge target, local solar yield and MPPT limits
Key check
Largest starting surge and which loads may run together

02 / LARGE HOME / SMALL BUSINESS10-12 kW

More simultaneous loads and longer operating hours

Suitable as a planning class for larger homes, shops, offices or mixed daytime loads. Site phase, air conditioners, pumps and workshop equipment can materially change the design.

Inverter class
10-12 kW; single or three phase depends on the site
Battery reference
10.24-32 kWh nominal, calculated from the essential-load profile
PV array
Matched to inverter PV limits and daily energy balance
Key check
Phase arrangement, motor surge and generator or grid behavior

03 / THREE-PHASE REFERENCE8-15 kW 3Φ

Three-phase homes, workshops and light commercial sites

Three-phase hybrid inverter options can serve sites with a three-phase supply or loads. Load distribution, unbalance limits and backup-output behavior require project-level confirmation.

Inverter class
8 kW, 12 kW or 15 kW three-phase hybrid options
Battery platform
Compatible 48/51.2 V LiFePO4 configuration as specified
PV array
String design checked against MPPT voltage and input-current limits
Key check
Three-phase load balance, motor starting and protected-load selection

04 / COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL30-125 kW

Scalable storage for business-critical power

Commercial systems start with measured load data, maximum demand, tariff objectives, backup priorities and site electrical design. A high-voltage battery system must be matched to the inverter and controls.

Inverter options
30-125 kW project-matched inverter range
Battery platform
HV76.8V314Ah modular high-voltage battery series
Use cases
Backup, solar self-consumption and peak-management projects
Key check
Interval load data, single-line diagram, switchgear, controls and local engineering

Configuration questions

Understand the numbers before comparing offers.

Is a 5 kW solar system the same as a 5 kWh battery?

No. Five kilowatts describes power, while five kilowatt-hours describes stored or consumed energy. Inverter power and battery energy must be calculated separately.

How many solar panels are needed for a 10 kW inverter?

Panel quantity depends on individual module power, the permitted inverter PV oversizing ratio, MPPT voltage and current limits, local temperature and the project's daily energy target.

Can the example battery range guarantee a specific backup time?

No. Runtime depends on actual essential loads, usable depth of discharge, system efficiency, temperature and reserve margin. The ranges are planning references only.

What information is required for a 30-125 kW commercial proposal?

Provide interval or hourly load data where available, maximum demand, site voltage and phase, critical loads, backup duration, existing solar or generator details, installation space and the project objective.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC SELECTION

Send the load list, country and backup target.

We will turn the reference class into a coordinated system proposal for technical confirmation.
